Site Installation Engineer - Electrical bias


We are  recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful manufacturing company based in the High Peak area who are offering a competitive salary, Mon-Friday working hours and a company vehicle. 

There will be regular national and international travel associated with this role, with all expenses covered, completing on-site installations.

The Job

We’re looking for a competent Electrical Installation Engineer to join a prominent manufacturing business who offer a stable environment, international travel and a great future. They need an experienced Electrical/ Mechanical Installation Engineer  to join an existing team to conduct site installations and configuring systems, providing customer support and conducting electrical safety checks.. You will also be responsible for:

– Completing on-site installations (mechanically and electrically)
– Testing and evaluating new products
– Perform electrical safety tests

– Working with a team of contractors and OEM manufacturers

– Dealing with customer-specific site health and safety. 

– Report feedback and changes to the project and design teams

The Person

We require someone who has brilliant customer support skills as you will be the face of the company. You’ll also need to have City and Guilds or be qualified to NVQ Level 2/3 engineering.

The Rewards

The company is offering a salary of £35-38K with a progressive career to develop your skills and knowledge. All expenses will be paid as this job will require you to travel abroad.
