MCIPD qualified with over 12 years’ senior leadership experience, Caroline provides the strategic planning, financial management, infrastructure and delivery for Grassroots’ day-to-day operations.

Rick is Stockport born and bred and has spent the last 20 years  specialising in the commercial sector, working on recruitment projects for some of the borough most successful and aspiring businesses.
