Service Delivery DirectorResponsible for the management of volume accounts and implementation of targeted talent acquisition strategies, Richard is a service delivery specialist with over 15 years’ industry experience.
Operations DirectorMCIPD qualified with over 12 years’ senior leadership experience, Caroline provides the strategic planning, financial management, infrastructure and delivery for Grassroots’ day-to-day operations.
Associate DirectorRick is Stockport born and bred and has spent the last 20 years specialising in the commercial sector, working on recruitment projects for some of the borough most successful and aspiring businesses.

Recruitment ConsultantWith a background in business development, Theo specialises in the recruitment of Sales and Marketing professionals from graduate to management level, with almost 3 years’ experience in the recruitment sector.
Marketing & PR ExecutiveA first class Broadcast Journalism Graduate from the University of Salford, Molly is responsible for delivering targeted PR and Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and candidate attraction.
