We are pleased to announce a further addition to the Grassroots team, Natalie Jones. Joining us as a Marketing & PR Executive, Natalie will take part in an intensive 10 week graduate internship programme focusing on growing brand awareness and increasing candidate engagement.

Prior to joining Grassroots, Natalie has spent the last three years studying Photography at the University of Salford, graduating with an honorary degree in July. Natalie has previous experience in Marketing and Social Media which has allowed her to gain valuable work experience in preparation for her future. With experience in social media account management and brand marketing, Natalie will contribute to B2C  communications, corporate branding and digital strategy.

A further step in her marketing career, Natalie is looking forward to broadening her commercial awareness and applying her editing and artistic skills in a business context. She will be involved with a range of project initiatives such as press releases and corporate communications, and has some great ideas to improve social interaction, developing consistent and crucial content for our website and blogs to improve web traffic conversions.

Natalie will also play an active role in organising multiple networking events and designing promotional materials. In her spare time, Natalie participates in photographic and editing activities and online gaming as part of a community as she believes helps her to maintain a stress-free, fun and creative mindset. Keeping a good balance, she enjoys socialising with friends and family at the weekend.

Natalie saw Grassroots as an experienced, well-established, forward thinking recruitment company and is eager to start her journey with the team to help develop her skills. She looks forward to accomplishing the new challenges thrown her way, and to become a part of the business’ future success.
